Committee

Little Sunbeams runs regular Committee meetings with representation from staff, parents and an independent committee formed of a Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary who support the day to day decisions about the running of the business. Parental involvement at every stage is encouraged to ensure the pre-school is managed in line with parent expectations, and inputs are documented and reviewed at each meeting. The formal members of the committee are elected on an annual basis, at the Annual General Meeting, where again parents are asked to participate in fulfilling these roles subject to other commitments.
